Why We Started
We started ProFRSH with a simple observation: Most people know they need more protein, but very few enjoy consuming it every day.
The Problem We Saw
Protein supplements felt forced, not natural. Taste was a constant compromise. Convenience came at the cost of enjoyment. Nutrition was treated like a task, not a habit.
Reimagining Protein
We realized the problem was not protein itself — it was how protein was being delivered. So we set out to reimagine protein as easy to consume, delicious, accessible to vegetarians, and integrated seamlessly into daily routines.

We believe better nutrition should not require discipline alone — it should be enjoyable. ProFRSH exists to help people meet their daily protein needs without changing who they are or how they live.

Aryan Gandhi
Co-Founder
An engineer who discovered India's massive protein gap while pursuing his Masters in the United States. Inspired by the convenience and taste of protein drinks abroad, Aryan set out to create something better for the Indian market.
Akul Rattan
Co-Founder
An engineer and passionate gym enthusiast deeply invested in fitness and nutrition. As a regular protein shake consumer, Akul immediately connected with the problem and contributes from a fitness-first, consumer-centric lens.

With a strong commerce background and practical business knowledge, Arham brings a critical perspective to building ProFRSH with his financial acumen and vision for accessible nutrition.

A Discovery Abroad
While pursuing his Masters in the US, Aryan Gandhi discovered a protein product that was genuinely enjoyable. When the company decided not to enter India, what initially felt like a setback became a turning point.
Three Friends Unite
What began as late-night conversations between Aryan and Arham about India's protein gap quickly evolved into a full-blown mission when Akul — a fitness enthusiast from Bengaluru — joined the fold. Three friends from different cities, each bringing a unique strength to the table: innovation, business strategy, and a deep understanding of what consumers actually want. Together, they became the founding team behind ProFRSH.

Months of relentless formulation and taste testing. Over 500 iterations to get the flavour, texture, and nutrition profile just right — 22g protein, zero added sugar, and genuinely delicious.
Twist-Cap Technology
We developed our signature twist-cap bottle — keeping protein powder separate from water until you are ready to drink. No scoops, no shaker bottles, no mess. Just twist, shake, and drink.
