At ProFRSH, we understand that when you order your favourite protein milkshakes, you want them delivered quickly and in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how we handle, ship, and deliver your orders across India.
Delivery Coverage
We currently offer pan-India delivery, covering metro cities, tier-2 and tier-3 towns, and most remote pin codes across the country. If we are unable to deliver to your specific location due to serviceability constraints with our courier partners, we will notify you promptly after your order is placed and issue a full refund to your original payment method. We are continuously expanding our delivery network to reach more locations and ensure that ProFRSH is accessible to protein lovers everywhere.
Free Shipping
All orders with a total value of ₹999 or above qualify for free shipping anywhere in India. For orders below ₹999, standard shipping charges will apply as calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery pin code. We recommend stocking up on your favourite flavours to take advantage of free delivery and ensure you never run out of ProFRSH.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within one to two (1–2) business days from the date of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. During peak sale periods, festive seasons, or promotional events, processing times may extend by an additional one to two business days. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number and courier partner details once your order has been dispatched from our facility.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery timelines based on your location are as follows. For metro cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, and Ahmedabad, delivery typically takes three to five (3–5) business days. For tier-2 and tier-3 cities and towns, delivery typically takes five to seven (5–7) business days. For remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery may take seven to ten (7–10) business days.
Please note that these timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions, courier operational delays, local restrictions, or unforeseen logistical disruptions. ProFRSH is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners, though we work closely with them to ensure timely delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and the name of the courier partner handling your delivery. You can use this tracking number to monitor the real-time status of your shipment on the courier partner's website or tracking page. You may also track your order directly through our Track Your Order page on profrsh.in. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within three (3) business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@profrsh.in with your order number and we will provide an update on your shipment status.
Packaging and Product Integrity
Every ProFRSH protein milkshake is sealed with a tamper-evident twist cap and packaged carefully to withstand the rigours of transit. We use sturdy outer packaging with adequate cushioning to minimise the risk of damage during shipping. Our milkshakes are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration during transit. However, for the best taste experience, we recommend storing your bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and refrigerating them before consumption. Always check the seal and expiry date upon delivery before consuming the product.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
Despite our best efforts in packaging, transit damage can occasionally occur. If your order arrives with damaged, leaking, or crushed bottles, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery at hello@profrsh.in. Include your order number, a clear description of the damage, and photographs of both the affected product and the outer packaging. Our team will review your claim promptly and, upon verification, arrange a free replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us with your order number. We will coordinate with the courier partner to locate your shipment and provide you with an updated delivery estimate. In cases where a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier partner, we will dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Undelivered and RTO Orders
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the recipient being unavailable, or the package being refused at the door, the courier partner will typically make two to three delivery attempts before returning the package to our facility as a Return to Origin (RTO) shipment. In such cases, we will contact you to confirm your address and arrange a re-shipment. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery of RTO orders. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we are not liable for the delay. Refunds for RTO orders will be processed after the product has been received back at our facility, minus the original and return shipping costs.
